Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. If this is not possible, the customer is expected to arrange for packaging/shipping box to return the items in the same condition.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts, and where this is not our fault
* Items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We will also let you know whether we have approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Missing or delayed refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
If that is not the problem, please contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to info@vinup.nl and send the item to Vlaanderen 6, Doetinchem, Gelderland, 7007NL, Netherlands.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be covered by Vin Up. Shipping costs will be refunded. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be added to your refund. These shipping costs are only the shipping costs initially used by Vin Up to send the item to the customer in question.
How long it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.
If you send us an item worth more than £75, please consider using a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
