To ensure that your order arrives safely and meets our high standards for the Unboxing Experience, we handle our logistics with personal care

1. Our Boutique Shipping Process

Every Vin Up item is inspected, packed, and shipped in-house from our warehouse in the Netherlands. To maintain efficiency and quality, we process orders in dedicated batches. This allows us to focus on the details—ensuring your new record holder is secured and ready for its journey

2. Delivery Times by Region

We strive for a reliable delivery experience across the European Union. Once your order is carefully packed and handed to our carriers, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow its progress.

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1 - 2 business days.
  • Germany, France & Luxembourg: 3 - 5 business days.
  • Ireland & Rest of the EU: 5 - 8 business days.

Please note: During peak periods, such as Record Store Day or the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer as we ensure every package receives the attention it deserves.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

To protect our commitment to quality and sustainable growth, we calculate shipping rates based on your location to cover the actual logistics costs.

  • Standard EU Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your specific country.
  • International Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all EU orders over €150.

4. International Orders (Outside the Benelux)

For our collectors in France, Germany, Ireland, and beyond, we utilize Shopify Markets to ensure a smooth checkout experience in your local currency and with your preferred payment methods. While international shipping takes a few extra days, we guarantee that the wait is worth the transformation of your listening space
